Inventory and profit spreadsheet for resellers
In short: An Excel sheet with 500 rows: profit per item, days in stock and a yearly overview per platform with a DAC7 check.
FreeWith emailUpdated 28 October 2026
An empty Excel file in which you track per item what you paid, where it is listed and what it sold for. It works out your profit itself, counts how long something has been sitting, and shows in a yearly overview per platform whether you pass the DAC7 limit.
What is inside
- Inventory sheet: item, purchase date and price, marketplace, date listed, sale date and price, shipping and platform costs. Profit, days online and status are calculated for you.
- Yearly overview sheet: per platform the number of sales, revenue and profit for the year you pick, with a check against the DAC7 limit of 30 sales or €2,000.
- Room for 500 items. The formulas are already in.
Frequently asked questions
Is the spreadsheet really free?
Yes. You pay nothing, your email address is the trade. You do not need an Omnivaleur account.
What does the DAC7 check in the yearly overview do?
Per platform it counts your sales and revenue in the chosen year. At 30 sales or more, or revenue above €2,000, it says the platform reports your details to the tax authority.
Does it work in Google Sheets and Numbers?
It is made and tested for Excel. It may work in other programs, but we have not tested that. Check the formulas there.
How many items fit?
500 rows. If you have more, copy the last row downwards.
